Queenie, who has been removed because I want to use her for my Nano 2012 novel.
Sorry you missed it 😦
Go Queenie!!!!! Awwwww, I love her 🙂 lol. Will the nephew get his way and shove her in an old people’s home? Orrrrrrrr…..will she run away? No, she wouldn’t leave the cats. Hmmmm, what if the cafe closed? So many choices lol
Yesterday’s prompt about the black ice turned into the start of a story about a woman having a car accident, not being able to control her car on an icy road. Today’s prompt is you’re on a 2 lane highway which I’ll probably use in the same story….very convenient 😉
May I say I have absolutely loved reading about every one of your characters! I love Queenie and would love to be a neighbor and sit down and chat over coffee or tea. I love all her kitties, too.

What a cool cat lady! Reading this, I am not afraid of getting old anymore. Who needs grey hair, when one can color it purple?! 🙂

Queenie is mad cool. I say, rock it how you feel it. You’re only as old as you feel, and now-a-days who’s to say that a 69 year old person is old. My grand-father is 79, and moving around like myself and dating women…I’m pretty sure close to my age. At least they look like they’re my age. Go Queenie!

Lol, thanks hon…..ahhh, now there’s an idea, perhaps we can get her dating 😉 That would REALLY shock the nephew!

This is heart-wrenching for good reasons 🙂 I’m dread the day when I have to make that decision for someone else.

I love your writing. Are the characters real. I suppose it’s fiction. But they so resonate with reality, these could be people I walk past on the street.
